The Lumier Brothers Photo Center will present works by the Japanese photographer Shigeru Yoshida for the first time in Russia.

      The exposition includes 22 black-and-white photos made in the unique technique of Fresco Giclée.

      The author shows deeply respectful attitude to nature as inseparably linked with the prayer. We, the Japanese, pray not only to God, but to Nature as well. During the prayer we thank for everything and express our respect to everything that is around us. As for me, I try to express the hidden power of prayer in my photography - Shigeru Yoshida points out.

      The exhibition runs till September 21.
