The Victory Weapon started in Vyatski Polyany is timed to the 70th anniversary since the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

      The project provides production and installation of the monument to Shpagin submachine gun.

      The project is aimed at informing a wide range of people about life and activities of the armorer Georgy Shpagin, the story of engineering and making Shpagin machinegun, its technical properties, and, which is more important, about the feat of those people who produced it in the hardest conditions throughout the war.

      Naturally, it is first of all a monument to those who used the gun to defend and liberate the Homeland from invaders.
