Tourist Flash Mobs

In recent times the so-called flash mobs have become increasingly popular in Russia. What is more, flash mobs began to acquire features of the new tourism product that stimulates the development of domestic tourism.

Many domestic travel agencies conduct special monitoring of flash mobs to include them in their programs. Similar proposals are being actively sold and are in constant demand from tourists. One of the most memorable 2014 flash mobs were Olympic actions in Sochi. Olympic flash mob organizers are convinced that they have made a significant contribution to the tourist demand for winter holidays in the Krasnodar Krai. Simferopol hosted the annual "Pajamas" youth flash mob. The action took place for the fifth time and plans to become the largest mass pajama party of this year. The special importance in flash mob trend is given to the historical and costumed actions and festivals, which in recent years become one of the favorite tourist celebrations.
