Public Water Recreation Places Are Confirmed

The city authorities have approved the list of public water recreation places. The list includes 96 objects, according to the website of Moscow Government. This was told by the deputy head of the regional agency of the Main Department of Emergencies Ministry of Russia in Moscow Vladimir Volkov at a press conference.

      According to him, the total number of places included into the list is as follows: 11 objects where swimming is allowed, 35 object without swimming and 50 places of mass recreation. Not all objects are currently in operation. “Now swimming is allowed only in 4 zones. These are Beloye Lake, Serebryany Bor-2, Serebryany Bor-3 and Meshcherskoye. It is planned to open several more swimming objects in the nearest future. “Only 28 of all 32 recreation places without swimming are in operation” - Vladimir Volkov said.
