A low-rise park hotel with 71 rooms will open in the special economic zone of tourist-type “Gate of Baikal” in the end of 2017, as the press service of “Special Economic Zones” OJSC reports.

      The hotel will be built near the ski lift at the “Sobolinaya Mountain” ski resort (Irkutsk oblast). According to the business plan, a low-rise hotel complex is designed for 71 rooms of “economy plus” class and “comfort” class with a maximum capacity of 218 people. The hotel is equipped with a restaurant, stables, a bowling, a mini-zoo, a diving centre and a spa area. It is expected that the hotel complex will be filled through the domestic and international hotel search engines, as well as through the reservation system of the operator.
