Split Personality Demonstrated in Moscow

The Stella Art Foundation Gallery has opened Konstantin Latyshev's exhibition Split Personality.

It presents works by an artist of two different, if not opposite types. One of them is well-known to the art lovers who have been tracking the author’s works since the late 1980s: these are comic and pop-art pictures with short inscriptions. The other type represented with “paintings for perusal” is familiar to very few people: these paintings of 2004 and 2005 are something between textile patterns and primitive graffiti, but with every individual detail painted elaborately and precisely.

The exhibition will take place till November 18.
