Exhibition of Aristarkh Lentulov Opens in Moscow

Our Artists gallery opens the exhibition Aristarkh Lentulov. Flesh of Things on September 19.

      Aristarkh Lentulov is one of the most prominent Russian artists of the 20th century. Jointly with Pyotr Konchalovsky, Mikhail Larionov, and Ilya Mashkov he founded the Bubnovy Valet (Jack of Diamonds) art group and was its permanent member.

      The exhibition presents 20 works from private collections of Moscow and St. Petersburg and 4 paintings from the Tretyakov Gallery collection. All of them cover the best period of the artist’s creativity of the 1910s - early 1920s. A bilingual catalogue has been prepared for the exhibition.

      The exhibition will be held till December 21.
