By the New Year it will be possible to get from Moscow to the Sheremetyevo airport in 7-10 minutes, expects the head of the presidential administration Sergei Ivanov.

Speaking at the conference initiated to the 5th anniversary of the "Avtodor", the head of the presidential administration reminded that the company plans such "significant and expected projects" as commissioning of the Moscow – Saint Petersburg highway and the launching of Central Ring Road, as well as "fanning out" the sections on the "Moscow – Nizhny Novgorod" direction and the construction of roads for Novorossiysk transport hub. "I'm really looking forward to the New Year, as by the New Year, I hope the Sheremetyevo Airport will be – as the military say – finally unblocked and millions of people, who depart from the airport, will not stand for hours in traffic jams and will get to Sheremetyevo along the Ring Road in 7-10 minutes," Mr. Ivanov said.
