The project will be implemented in several stages by the State Unitary Enterprise “Russian Broadcasting and Alert Networks” over the years 2016-2021. It is planned to deploy 3,840 access points in the Central Rayon of Moscow during the first stage until January 1, 2016. By 2021 the number of subscribers is expected to reach 1 249 thousand, according to the forecast of the company.
