A park around the Kremlin walls will be opened for the 870th anniversary of Moscow in 2017.
The Zaryadye Park consists of a range of unique culture and history monuments, the park itself, a philharmonic hall, and the Moskva River Embankment.
The project is based on the principles of landscape urbanism, which creates a clear-cut system of the nature and the city interaction. Four landscape zones typical of Russia have been brought together in the Zaryadye Park: northern landscape, the steppe, the wood and water meadows. State-of-the-art technologies make it possible to create artificial microclimate in different parts of the park.
