The Shchusev Architecture Museum goes on with the series of exhibitions dedicated to up-to-date Moscow architectural bureaus.
This year the architectural studio Alexey Bavykin and Partners marks its 20th anniversary. The exhibition presents project graphic art, photo and video content, interviews, as well as unrealized projects created by the studio throughout 20 years of its existence.
The constructions designed by Alexey Bavykin’s studio are competently inscribed into historical housing system of Moscow. Lots of them have become high-rise landmarks of city quarters, and at the same time paragons of original architectural concepts. The facade of the house in Bryusov Lane is crossed with poplar columns trimmed with the Iranian stone are growing directly from the base.
The exhibition runs from October 23 and till November 21.
