Penza Student Rescued Somebody at the Expense of his Own Life

The student Alexander Volkov from Penza has been posthumously awarded the Life Saving Medal.

The Prime Minister of the Penza Region Mikhail Kosoy conveyed gratitude to Alexander Volkov’s parents for bringing up such a heroic person and emphasized that he would be best remembered by all his friends and close people.

Alexander Vladimirovich Volkov studied at the Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics in Kuznetsk Instrumentation and Control Systems Institute.
