According to the Foreign Minister, to “it is undignified for a great power to have a consumer approach to its partners”. “Please keep on helping me where I need you, and where I want to punish you, you should obey” - Lavrov stressed. The Minister noted that for the time being the West is doing everything to stop cooperation in the sphere of exchanging data on armed forces. According to him, Russia also does not intend to provide such information to its Western partners unilaterally.
