“Rosneft” has reduced oil production by 25 thousand barrels per day, according to RIA “Novosti”. Reduction of the volume of oil extracted by the company is explained by the need to improve the efficiency of production, as well as the situation on the market which is due to the fall in oil prices.

      “Rosneft” has already reduced its production by 25 thousand barrels per day. But this is due to the increase in production efficiency and the increase in efficiency for the company’s shareholders, as well as due to the conditions of the sales on the market” – this is said in a statement referring to the words of the president of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin, according to the results of the international conference on oil in Vienna. It was attended by the energy ministers from Russia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela.
