Until the end of 2014 Ukraine will have bought one billion cubic meters of Russian gas.

      This was stated by the Head of “Naftogaz” Andrei Kobolev, as Reuters reports. In addition, Ukraine is negotiating the renewal of the reverse supplies of gas from Hungary. If they are a success, the supplies should start in the next few months. “We hope that the supplies of gas from Hungary will resume in December or in January of the next year” – the agency quotes Kobolev.
