Don the Orthodox

The hotels of Rostov-on-Don will receive Orthodox pilgrims from Russia and other countries from 14 to 19 January 2015, who will be brought together by the international exhibition “Don the Orthodox”.

This largest church and socially significant event will gather hundreds of participants from different countries: Russia, Belarus, Greece, Ukraine, Moldova and Israel. Rostov Oblast plans to attract a large number of Orthodox tourists from around the world to the hotels in Rostov-on- Don, which would put the region on par with popular religious pilgrimage regions, such as the Golden Ring of Russia and the monasteries of St. Petersburg.
