The capital park received a Merit Award – the prize of the British Guild of Travel Writers, as the Moscow Committee of Tourism reported.
Each year the British Guild joining the journalists writing about tourism gives Merit Awards – the awards to the best projects of the year in the field of tourism - at a gala dinner in London, during the world’s largest professional WTM exhibition.
This year’s laureates include the capital Gorky Park, which has received this prestigious award as an outstanding new project. The Guild of British journalists working in the field of tourism (TheBritishGuildofTravelWriters - BGTW) unites 300 members – authors of guidebooks, journalists, bloggers, editors, photographers, television journalists - and has been giving Merit Awards for more than 30 years.
