Hats by Philip Treacy Displayed in Moscow

An exhibition of headdresses by Philip Treacy is held in the Saltykov-Chertkov Estate in Myasnitskaya Street.

      The legendary designer is a private supplier of headdresses for the Royal Court of Great Britain and is especially popular among the most eccentric dandies of the world. Philip Treacy’s personal exhibition Hats of the 21st Century has become one of the most famous events of the current season.

      Feathers, fresh and artificial flowers, furs, plastic and even electric lamps are turned by Philip Tracey into unique sculptures that crown the images of the most remarkable celebrities from Isabella Blow, Sarah Jessica Parker, Victoria Beckham to Grace Jones and the duchess Camilla Parker-Bowles. By the way, about forty guests preferred to come to the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton wearing headdresses created by Philip Treacy.

      The exhibition in the Saltykov-Chertkov’ Estate presents 75 models that can be seen till the end of January, 2015.
