The Russian Father Frost from Great Ustyug has lit the most mountainous tree in the country within the frame of his Christmas tour. The tree is located in the Ingush village of Dzheirakh in the North Caucasus at a height of 1.5 thousand meters above sea level.

      This year the Father Frost arrived in Ingushetia for the first time, he was greeted at the railway station in Nazran. The main character of New Year’s holiday came to the republic at the invitation of the five-grade pupil Lala Tsurova. The Father Frost began his tour through Russia on November 18. He will have visited dozens of cities of the country by the beginning of 2015.
