Events and Symbols of Macedonia in Moscow

Zurab Tsereteli Art Gallery presents works by the famous artist Gligor Chemerski.

      The exhibition Events and Symbols of the Macedonia Land.

      Paintings by Gligor Chemerski are symbiosis of symbols and artifacts of different epochs: he aims at connecting the Byzantine painting with iconography by resorting to modern arts, in particular, cubism and expressionism.

      The retrospective exposition includes 50 paintings on various subject directivity integrated into most expressive series.

      The exhibition runs till January 11, 2015.
