Planeta LeD Opens In Sokolniki

The loudest project among all ice expositions of Moscow – “Planeta LeD” (“Ice Planet”) - will open in the “Sokolniki” park on December, 20.

      Its creation will involve well-known artists, sculptors and designers from all over Russia. The exposition will be located on the pop site “Berezki” (“Birches”) on Pesochnaya Alley. This year the visitors of the park will be able to see the unique works of art made of ice with light and dynamic sound accompaniment. The novelties will be: The Gallery of World Art exposing the masterpieces of such artists as Dali, Picasso, Van Gogh, Matisse; the ice cinema “Iceberg”; the ice Russian bath with a steam room and twigs; the ice hotel “Krayinii Sever” (“Far North”) and other objects.

      “Planeta LeD”  will be open until February 28, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

      Ticket price will make up 300 roubles; 200 roubles for  schoolchildren, students, children older than 3 years old and large families; and the entrance for children under 3 years old and disabled people of I group will be free.
