First Hotel Will Open In Primorye Gambling Zone

The first hotel with 120 rooms and a casino will open in the gambling zone “Primorye” in May, 2015, as the Governor of the Primorye Territory Vladimir Miklushevsky told to the portal “Interfax-Tourism”.

“We want to open the first hotel with 120 rooms in May, 2015. We have signed an investment agreement for $ 1 billion with such companies as Melco Crown and Naga Corp. We focus on the major players at this market, those who know how to do it. Now the regional administration prepares the infrastructure - roads, electricity and water supply line. The remaining investors are still waiting, but as soon as the first hotel opens, they will catch up”- V. Miklushevsky reported. According to him, Primorye has several concepts of tourism development, but the core of the development will be the gaming zone.
