Mikhail Vasechkin from the Bryansk Region has been awarded the Medal for Bravery in Fire.

      The man saved his fellow villager and her three children from fire in the Kuprino Village of the Karachevsk District in the Bryansk Region.  

      The fire happened on September 16. Mikhail Vasechkin caught sight of his neigbours’ house burning and rushed to help them. The man took two children out of the burning house and found the youngest one hiding under the staircase. The kid was looked for by his mother, who got trapped in fire. Mikhail Vasechkin helped her to get out through the window.
