The Multimedia Art Museum has opened the exhibition Shoes, Dominoes and Happiness of the artist Anna Vazof.

This project is the first museum exhibition of the young Greek artist Anna Vazof, whose creations exist in several forms, namely kinetic sculpture, performance and video based on it. The exposition includes the author’s video installations, in particular, The Dominoes, which won the Asifa Austria Award in the nomination The Best Austrian Animation Movie of 2014.

Anna Vazof creates kinetic sculptures out of customary stuff, such as glasses, frying pans, boots, electrical plugs, water taps, mousetraps, and umbrellas.

Personal exhibitions of Anna Vazof took place at the Thessaloniki Modern Art Biennial (2007), the Shanghai Design Biennial (2014), the Museum of Modern Art (2014) and the House of the Artist (2013) in Vienna.

The exhibition runs till February 15.
