The first snowpark in the North Caucasian Federal District for snowboarders and skiers has opened at the all-season “Arkhyz” resort in Karachay-Cherkessia.

      “The total area of the park is 9000 sq. m. It consists of two lines designed for people with different training levels. The snowpark is equipped with jumping boards and includes eight figures of various difficulty” - the press service of the Head of Karachay-Cherkessia reports. Currently the snowpark focuses on amateurs, but in the future it will be interesting for professionals as well. The project of the all-season “Arkhyz” mountain resort involves the construction of four tourist complexes-settlements: Arkhyz, Dukka, Tri Ushchelya (“Tree Gorges”) and Romantik (“Dreamer”), where 69 lifts and ski trails with a total length of over 270 km will be equipped for vacationers.
