Anniversary Exhibition of M. B. Grekov War Artists  Studio

November, 2014 marked the 80th anniversary since the foundation of unique M. B. Grekov Studio that unites war artists.

      The anniversary exhibition presents about one thousand works (painting, graphic art, icon, lacquer miniature, diorama and sculpture) by both classics, and modern artists of the studio. The exposition has two sections: historical and modern ones.

      The exhibition displays two dioramas: Baptizing the Army of Prince Vladimir in Chersonese and Rendezvous of Troops in Kolomna before Kulikovo Battle.

      The exhibition runs in the Manege Exhibition Centre till February 23.
