Photo Exhibition of Leviathan Opened in Moscow

The exhibition of photos taken while shooting the prize-winning Leviathan has been opened in Moscow.

      The author of the exhibition is Anna Matveeva, the spouse of the film director Andrey Zvyagintsev. Photos of landscapes and scenery, portraits of actors and Andrey Zvyagintsev, as well as production stills can be seen in the Gallery at Solyanka. The exposition is accompanied with the film soundtrack.

      The movie Leviathan has detonated controversies in the society and won a number of prestigious international prizes. It is in the list of Oscar nominees Now.

      The exhibition curators intend to organize a special program to make it possible for visitors to meet the film makers of Leviathan. Besides, there will be excursions held with authors of the displayed photos. Moreover, meetings with characters of Andrey Zvyagintsev’s previous works will be organized as well.
