A new railway cruise through one of the sections of the Great Silk Road running along the North Caucasus and Southern Federal District will open by May holidays in 2015. According to the press service of the Committee for Tourism of the Republic of Ingushetia, the point of departure of the first train on the route Sochi - Nazran - Derbent will be the Olympic Sochi. According to PlanFox.ru, the main inflow of tourists traveling through the new route will most likely be the visitors from China.

      According to the representatives of the Tourism Committee, there’ll be plenty of tourists, because regular flights from Sochi to Beijing will be available. A train consisting of nine carriages, a dining carriage and a staff carriage is equipped for this purpose, which is to depart in evening time.

      During the six days of the cruise the tourists will visit Dzheyrakhsky District of Ingushetia, come to Derbent, see Lermontov’s places of Caucasian Mineralnye Vody.
