The receipts of the members of the Management Board of “Lukoil” Oil Company amounted to 1.528 billion roubles at the year end of 2014, which was two times less, as compared with 2013.
This was stated in the company’s quarterly report. The salaries of the Management Board members for 2014 totaled 474.94 million roubles, bonuses – to 902 930 000 roubles. The average income per member of the Management Board of “Lukoil” amounted to 109 million roubles at the year end of 2014. The receipts of managers of the largest private oil company in Russia were almost 40 percent lower than the receipts of the Management Board of “Gazprom”. The Management Board consists of 14 top executives, including the president of “Lukoil” Vagit Alekperov, the vice president for oil and gas production Azat Shamsuarov, the vice president for coordination of oil sales Vadim Vorobyev, the first vice-president Sergei Kukura and other representatives of the company’s management.
