War Partakes in Me

 ARTSTORY Gallery presents the exhibition War Partakes in Me… with artifacts of World War II period.

      The new project of ARTSTORY gallery is dedication to the 70th anniversary since the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The exhibition tells about the hardest historical period for the country through authentic works and documents of 1941 — 1945.

      Among the authors there are both the classics of Russian art and now-forgotten artists, who volunteered to the frontline or worked as war correspondents of the central newspapers.

      The visitors will see more than 300 works and artifacts: graphic art, photos, posters, stamps, cards, letters and rare documents of the wartime provided from 30 private collections and artists’ families.

      The exhibition runs from March 19 to May 10, 2015.
