John Lennon Monument to Appear in Moscow

A monument to legendary John Lennon may be set up in Moscow.

As the press service of the Moscow Parliament reports, the project will be considered by the Monumental Art Committee on April 14.

On the same day questions the Committee will discuss shifting the monument Tank T-34, setting a monument to the Soviet military leader Vasily Margelov, and military doctors.

It is a reminder that Russia already has a monument to John Lennon. The monument to the renowned British musician was set up in the Altai Territory in August 2014.
