Russian Film Makers to Respond to The Game of Thrones

The Viking, an analogue to The Game of Thrones is being produced in Russia.

      The film narrates about the nation building 1000 years ago. The story hinges on traveling of Prince Vladimir, who aims to revenge for the death of his brother Oleg.

      Due to budget shortage the film crew had to turn down assistance of foreign experts, who were expected to take part in the film shooting. One of the leads in the Russian version of The Game of Thrones will be played by the famous actor Danila Kozlowski.

      According to preliminary data, the film shootings will have been completed on September 1, 2015 and then the post-production will be carried out. The film will be released at the end of 2016.
