The Ostankino Interdistrict Court of the city of Moscow decided to suspend the operation of all the attractions of “Russian Exhibition of Attractions” CJSC established on the territory of ENEA to the right of the Main Entrance arch.

According to the press service of the ENEA, the decision was taken on March 31 by the Ostankino District Court of Moscow. The operation of attractions is suspended until receiving the results of the expertise. On the same day the attractions were sealed by police officers.

Attractions and other entertainment mechanisms of “Russian Exhibition of Attractions” CJSC (“Wheel at ENEA” park) are situated on the site leased under long-term agreement by “Russian Exhibition of Attractions” CJSC . However, during the past few years the “ENEA” has filed several lawsuits against the tenant who, in the opinion of the ENEA, has illegally placed the attractions on the territory of the Exhibition since the mid 90s.
