RT Premiered Documentary on Edward Snowden in Moscow

Private screening of the documentary Terminal F took place in Moscow on April 13.

The main characters are the US wistleblower Edward Snowden, the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and Michael Hayden, a former head of both the CIA and NSA.

The documentary was made by German investigative journalist John Goetz and Danish documentary filmmaker Poul-Erik Heilbuth. It tells the story of Ed Snowden from the moment he left the US with secret documents to organize meetings with British journalists in Hong Kong to his winning temporary asylum in Russia.

Edward Snowden narrates the story himself. One of the central ideas expressed by him and the filmmakers is that his stay in Russia was not planned but compelled.
