The Federal Air Transport Agency has suspended the certificate of the airline carrier “Tomsk Avia”. This is stated in the order published on the web-site of the agency.

      The document says that the decision was made based on an unscheduled check of the air carrier, which revealed violations of the certification requirements. In early 2015 the Federal Air Transport Agency imposed restrictions for “Tomsk Avia” concerning the commercial operation of the aircrafts An-24 which previously formed the majority of its aircrafts.

      The representative of the company Oleg Danilov noted that “Tomsk Avia” substantially reduced their flight program in 2015. “We have focused exclusively on the implementation of our program of charter flights and our obligations before “Rosneft” – “Interfax” quotes the words of a company representative.
