Tourism navigation will appear in Pskov.

As the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Culture of Pskov Oblast Vladislava Vishnevskaya said, three pointers has already been installed on Lenina and Pushkina streets, these will tell which objects of cultural heritage are within tourists’ walking distance. 16 billboards will be assembled in the nearest future, they will place not only posters, but also useful information for tourists.

The first billboard of this kind has been installed in front of the central pharmacy. Posters are placed on it if you look from Oktyabrsky Prospect, and if you look from the pedestrian zone on Pushkina Street it has information for the visitors of the city. Besides, starting from next week the clock on Pushkin Street and movement-restricting devices on Lenina Streeta – bollards – will operate. The bollards will be used only in order to close the street during some events. In the future Lenina Street may be closed for traffic on a regular basis.
