In the Pskov Oblast new "Pskov-Vybuty-Izborsk. Along the old Pskov roads" and "Pskov-Izborsk-Lavry. The Journey Along the Medieval Road" tours were developed, Interfax was informed in the archaeological center of Pskov. 

      The new routes familiarize with the archaeological sites of Pskov and Pechora districts and are of interest for both specialists and archaeologists, as well as for anyone interested in archeology and history of the Pskov region. Sightseeing tours are developed by the workers of Pskov museum-reserve and SBCF "Archaeological Center of Pskov" within the project of "Archaeology, government, society: cooperation for the conservation of the archaeological heritage" by the program of cross-border cooperation "Estonia-Latvia-Russia" within the framework of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument 2007-2013. The project brings together nine partner organizations from Estonia, Latvia and Russia under the leadership of the University of Tartu.
