The branches of the Hermitage will be opened in three regions of Russia in the next three years, as TASS reports.

      "In the next three years the branches of the Hermitage will appear in Primorye (Vladivostok), in Ekaterinburg and in Siberia (Omsk)” - the Minister of Culture of the RF Vladimir Medinsky said. According to him, it is very probable that another branch of the Hermitage will open in the Southwestern Europe. The Minister noted that “until recently, only one “live branch” was working - a branch of the Hermitage in Kazan”. Medinsky expressed hope that the Tretyakov Gallery and the Pushkin Museum will also create their branches networks.
