Special anti-vandal drainpipes will be set in St. Petersburg to prevent pasting them with private advertisements.

      

      It will be impossible to paste announcement papers on constructions of the kind.

      

      St. Petersburg municipal authorities have ordered to establish new special anti-vandal drainpipes. Such pipes of 2.5 meters length are very steadfast and able to bear hard blows.

      

      Such sample drainpipes have already been arranged in the Winter Palace and proved their positive qualities. Similar anti-vandal pipes will appear in some other areas of St. Petersburg, such as the Nevsky Prospect, Fontanka Street and Marat Street in the near future.
