UniCredit Bank Austria Signed An Agreement With Gazprom

"Gazprom" and UniCredit Bank Austria signed an agreement on a loan of 300 million euros for a period of four years at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). 


      
On the part of "Gazprom" Deputy CEO Andrei Kruglov signed the document, from UniCredit Bank Austria - chairman of the bank "UniCredit" Mikhail Alexeyev.

      UniCredit Bank Austria is a part of the financial group UniCredit. On December 31, 2014 total assets of the banking group amounted to 844 billion euros. The global network of financial organization covers about 50 countries with 8.5 thousand units.

      
Earlier, on December 5, 2014 "Gazprom" announced the signing of a loan agreement with UniCredit Bank in the amount of 390 million euros.
