The hotel and recreation complex and tourism centre “Konstantinovo” is to be built in the entry zone of Sergei Esenin Museum-Reserve (Ryazan oblast) in 2016, according to the official website of the regional government. 

      The decision on the construction of a tourism centre was made at the meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan oblast. Currently the investors have developed the architectural concept and the master plan, conducted functional zoning of the premises. The project involves construction of a tourism centre, a hotel and conference areas.
