Japanese Film Festival to be Held in Irkutsk

July 10 will see the opening ceremony of the Japanese Film Festival in Irkutsk.

      Free film screenings will take place in the Khudozhestvenny movie theater. The program will include animations and feature films starring famous Japanese actors.

      The festival opening ceremony will start at 6 pm on July 10. As Teleinform reports, the consul general of Japan in Khabarovsk Yamamoto Hiroyuki will arrive for the opening ceremony. The program will be opened with the debut work Buns of Happiness by the popular documentary film director Yukiko Misima. The festival will come to an end on July 12.
