The first book chamber appeared in the city park of Blagoveshchensk.

The residents of Blagoveshchensk may take their favorite books from there or bring their own books to it. “Now the book chamber has over 50 small volumes” - one of the authors of the project Oksana Praskova narrated. “There are works of national and foreign authors, textbooks, children’s books”. Meanwhile, another literary novelty will appear in Blagoveshchensk in August - a large bookcase in the garden square behind the Government of Amur Oblast.

“The funds on it were collected from the entire city” - Oksana Praskova commented. “The residents of Blagoveshchensk transferred money to the card, brought it in person, the residents of several high-rise buildings decided to allocate money at their general meeting. It was possible to collect the needed amount - 35 thousand roubles - in less than a month”.
