A land plot with the total area of nearly 14.7 hectares at the address 9 Shumakova Street was allocated for the construction of an ethnic and cultural park in Barnaul.

The boundaries of the land plot intended for the construction of a cultural national complex also include an additional territory with the total area of 1.85 hectares, as the Administration of the Altai Territory reports. The dimensions of the ethnic complex will allow to place dozens of separate buildings on its territory – these will be national farmsteads with adjacent territories. The area of each farmstead will make up 20 acres.

They will be used by the most numerous representatives of the Altai national communities. The remaining territory will be occupied by a landscape and park zone. The final look of the “National Village” will largely depend on the attention of investors, as the whole project will be implemented by the attraction of investment funds.
