A tourist route to religious objects may be organized in Nizhny Novgorod, as IA REGNUM reports.

      According to the Head of the city administration Oleg Kondrashov, the tourist route of the city’s religious objects will emphasize the friendship between people of different nations and faiths, as well as help the city residents and visitors have a better understanding of the spiritual, cultural component of Nizhny Novgorod. “All faiths have different attitudes to the idea of creating such a tourist route, but none of them refused from it. Of course, we should carefully elaborate it and take all details into account. I think such route may appear in summer and will be, for the most part, of educational nature. It will be interesting to school students, because many of them do not even realize that our city has Catholic and Protestant cathedrals. I think it will be promising also for tourists from other cities”- the official noted.
