Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) will begin to make payments to the depositors of the banks “Rossiyskiy Credit”, M Bank and AMB Bank no later than on August 7, 2015. The total volume of commitments is estimated at 50 billion roubles, according to “Kommersant”.
This is about half of the deposit insurance fund: at the beginning of this week the general director of DIA Yuri Isaev stated in an interview with the “Vedomosti” newspaper that the total volume of the fund amounted to about 112 billion roubles. The Central Bank revoked the licenses from “Rossiyskiy Credit”, M Bank and AMB Bank.
An interim administration was established in the bank “Tula Industrialist”. All these credit institutions are included into the financial group of the businessman Anatoly Motylev.
