The appearance of the first public toilet in the metro will be timed to the Day of the City at the “Prospekt Mira” metro station of Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya line within the frame of a pilot project.

      The holders of “Troika” card will be able to use the toilet for free. The mobile toilet cabins will be temporarily placed on the platform of the “Prospekt Mira” metro station in early September. It is assumed that in order to ensure the safety of passengers and not to interfere with the transportation, it will be installed in the first arch which is currently closed for dividing passenger traffic. The appearance of the toilet is a long-awaited event for the passengers of the Moscow metro. This is a unique project that was developed following the numerous appeals of citizens, taking into account the experience of foreign colleagues.
