A gingerbread copy of the House under the Spire will be cooked by the confectioners of the “Glazur” studio as a gift to the Day of the City of Barnaul.

      This will be the largest gingerbread house in Russia timed to the 285th anniversary of Barnaul on September 5.

      The record of the Altai confectioners will be registered during the celebration of the Day of the City at the River Station. Everybody will be able to participate in the creation of a record gingerbread house. Residents and guests of the city will paint gingerbread puzzles which will constitute a large gingerbread House under the Spire under the guidance of expert confectioners. After the record registration the Gingerbread House under the Spire will be transferred to the museum “Gorod” (“City”) as an exhibit. A list of all the participants of the record will be installed next to it. The event on the establishment of the gingerbread record will be held at the River Station on September 5 from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
