The Ministry of  Telecom and Mass Communications has published a new list of free National television channels.

      According to the amendments made in  Federal law on July 13, 2015 №257 “On introduction of amendments to the Federal law ‘On mass media’ and the Federal law ‘On communications’”, national television channels of first and second multiplexes will be provided throughout Russia free of charge.

      The law is aimed at the preservation and maintenance of a common information space in Russia.

      Corresponding orders of Minsvyaz, explaining provisions of this law were signed.
