Tako Mekvabidze is the debutant of the 31st season of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia.

      Georgian designer Tako Mekvabidze found her inspiration after travelling through moslem countries: feeling of beauty, definite culture and traditions. "I like the way the moslem women dress, exactly the yashmak. Yashmak makes me feel excited and it becomes interesting what woman is under it."

      In autumn Moscow will traditionally host the fashion marathon - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia Season Spring-Summer 2016 will take place from 21 to 25 October. Over 70 designers from Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Turkey, China and other countries will demonstrate their collections at the major venue of Manezh.
